As many of you will already know sadly Michael Doidge died on Saturday last after an extended period of illness. Michael was a stalwart supporter of all things to do with St Mary’s and the wider Sampford Spiney community - many of us will recall his amazing auctioneering skills at his Harvest Auctions in the church. Michael’s funeral is planned for 9 June at 2pm in St Mary’s and your PCC will be working hard to help manage the numbers likely to be attending. Our condolences and support go to Wendy and her family at this sad time.

- 27 November – Wine Tasting with supper at the Parish Rooms in Tavistock
- 16 December @ 7.15pm – Christmas Extravaganza and drawing of the 2026 Parish Raffle.
